Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- women with breast engorgement and 20 years old or older
Exclusion
- patients with:
- diabetes mellitus
- psychological disease or mental illness
- Fever \> 38 degrees Celsius
- Mastitis
- analgesics or anti - inflammatory agents used
- ultrasound therapy applied
