Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients seen preoperatively in the Anesthestic clinic
  • Patients \> 18 years of age
  • Understood and signed patient consent

Exclusion

  • transfusion of blood products 8 weeks prior to screening
  • Pregnancy
  • Porphyria
