Inclusion

  • Adult women (ages 18 to 49 years) and adult men (≥ 18 years) in the Central Region of Ghana
  • Usually live (sleep and eat) in the household, have lived in the community for at least a year

Exclusion

  • Minor
  • Not able to provide informed consent
