Inclusion
- Age over 18 years
- Able to provide informed consent
- Undergoing elective total knee arthroplasty
- Able to tolerate both short- and long-term ON-Q therapy
Exclusion
- Unable to provide informed consent
- History of dementia or mental instability
- Pregnancy
