Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Physical Examinees or out-patients
- The MRI scale score ≥ 2
Exclusion
- History of stroke
- History of malignant tumor
- History of connective tissue disease
- Pregnant, trying to become pregnant or within 6 weeks after delivery
- serious infections
