Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Physician diagnosed CRS with surgical requirement for treatment

Exclusion

  • Subjects with physician-diagnosed:
  • cystic fibrosis,
  • vasculitis,
  • any type of nasal tumor
  • receiving ongoing immunosuppressant therapy
