Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients with occipito-cervical instability of any cause, indicated for occipito-cervical fusion

Exclusion

  • Fractured occipital condyle
  • Congenital malformation of occipital condyle
  • Congenital anomaly of the horizontal segment of the vertebral artery
