- Adults 18 years of age or older
- Speak English or Spanish
Exclusion
- Inability to consent
- Medically unstable as determined by healthcare provider
- Does not speak English or Spanish
- Known HIV and/or HCV positive
- Already tested for HIV and/or HCV within past 6 months
