  • Adults 18 years of age or older
  • Speak English or Spanish

Exclusion

  • Inability to consent
  • Medically unstable as determined by healthcare provider
  • Does not speak English or Spanish
  • Known HIV and/or HCV positive
  • Already tested for HIV and/or HCV within past 6 months
