Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Random sample of citizens 50-74 years of age.
  • Resident in the Central Denmark Region at time of data extraction (August 2017)
  • Month of birth: December or October

Exclusion

  • Non-respondents to baseline questionnaire (study arm 1+2) or questionnaire (study arm 3)
