- Use of Ontario Drug Benefits (ODB-Age \>65 years, social assistance, and disability);
- Cardiac catheterization during an index admission with an MI;
- Evidence of obstructive coronary artery disease;
- Discharged alive
- Ontario Residents (Ontario, Canada)
