Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes
Exclusion
- Cornary artery disease .
- Heart failure , congenital heart disease ,
- Rheumatic valve disease .
- Primary cardiomyopathy .
- Thyroid dysfunction .
- Bundle branch block and atrioventricular conduction abnormalities .
- Anti arrhythmic drugs .
