Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- absence of periodontal disease
- absence of susceptibility to local anesthetics or sulfite
- non-pregnant women and non-lactating women
Exclusion
- Clinical observation of necrotic pulp
- the patient's inability to give informed consent and patient's continuation of the research in each stage of the trial.
