Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- asthma- copd overlap
- emphysema in smokers with smoking history \> 15 pack years
- COPD/ bronchitis and bronchiectasis in smokers with smoking history
- \>15 pack years
Exclusion
- other pulmonary or systemic diagnosis
- non smokers
- any other pulmonary diagnosis
- pulmonary fibrosis
