Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Gestational age 37 weeks or more
- Singleton gestation.
- Uncomplicated pregnancy.
- Vertex presentation.
Exclusion
- Epidural analgesia request.
- Operative delivery.
- No other methods are used for pain control 2hours befor episiotomy
- Previous adverse reaction to local anesthetic.
