Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Presence of urinary incontinence and/or pelvic prolapse and/or decreased vaginal muscle strength in gynaecological examination
Exclusion
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Cognitive dysfunction hampering participation in exercise or assessment
