Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- normal cardio-pulmonary function
- without low inspiratory muscle strength
- non-smoker
- without history of the nervous system and respiratory system disease
- sever to very severe stable stage
Exclusion
- systemic application of corticosteroids nearly 4 weeks
