Inclusion
- Criteria of bisphosphonate-related Osteonecrosis in stage II
- need debridement and surgical intervention
Exclusion
- Malignancy in the area
- History of chemotherapy ,
- diabetic mellitus
- HIV
- odontogenic infection or undergo dialysis
