Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Body Mass Index ≥40 kg/m2 at time of delivery
  • Delivered by cesarean delivery
  • 18 years or later

Exclusion

  • Chorioamnionitis
  • Silver allergy
  • Inability to follow up
