- \>37 weeks gestation
- gestational diabetes mellitus according to Carpenter and Coustan
- pregestational diabetes mellitus
Exclusion
- Intrauterine fetal death
- estimated fetal weight\<10p
- multiple gestation
- major fetal malformations
