Inclusion
- Inclusion criteria:
- • Patients will undergo elective CABG in Assiut university hospital
- Exclusion criteria:
- Poor echo window.
- Refusal of the patient
- Patients with prior RV dysfunction.
- Patients with LV dysfunction (EF:\<40%).
