Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- pancreaticoduodenectomy
- soft, fragile or fatty pancreatic remnant combined with pancreatic duct \<3mm
Exclusion
- soft pancreas, but large pancreatic duct\>3mm
- small pancreatic duct \<3mm, but hard pancreatic remnant
