Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • pancreaticoduodenectomy
  • soft, fragile or fatty pancreatic remnant combined with pancreatic duct \<3mm

Exclusion

  • soft pancreas, but large pancreatic duct\>3mm
  • small pancreatic duct \<3mm, but hard pancreatic remnant
