- Adults aged ≥20 with complete data on diet and follow-up time
Exclusion
- Cardiovascular diseases
- Diabetes (for analyses of diabetes)
- Body mass index ≥ 24 kg/㎡ (for analyses of overweight)
- Hypertension (for analyses of hypertension)
