Inclusion
- Chronic peripheral facial paralysis
- Freyss score inferior at 15
- Benefiting of a lengthening temporalis myoplasty
Exclusion
- Malformative syndrome
- Other swallowing trouble
- Psychiatric trouble
- Opposed at this study
