Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • need for intensive care for more than 3 days and at least one of the following trigger criteria:
  • known advanced cancer
  • severe cognitive impairment or dementia
  • multi-organ failure

Exclusion

  • Patients who already receive palliative care
