Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of hidradenitis suppurativa
- Subject age \>/= 18 years
- Able to be evaluated by a Montefiore physician
Exclusion
- No clinical diagnosis of hidradenitis suppurativa
- Subject age \< 18 years
- Subject unable to understand or answer provided questionnaires
- Unable to evaluated by a Montefiore physician
