Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Diagnostic of serious mental illness.
  • Treatment with antipsychotics.
  • Met at least 3 of the 5 criteria of metabolic syndrome According to the NCEP ATP III definition.

Exclusion

  • Medical contraindications to exercise
  • Admitted to hospital.
  • intellectual disability
