Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnostic of serious mental illness.
- Treatment with antipsychotics.
- Met at least 3 of the 5 criteria of metabolic syndrome According to the NCEP ATP III definition.
Exclusion
- Medical contraindications to exercise
- Admitted to hospital.
- intellectual disability
