Inclusion
- at least 18 years old
- able to give informed consent
- injected drugs in the last month
- engaged in sexual risk behavior in the last 3 months
Exclusion
- under 18 years of age
- unable to give informed consent
- not able to provide informed consent
- did not inject drugs in the last month
- did not engage in sexual risk behavior in the last 3 months
- does not engage in sexual risk behavior
