Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- primigravida
- undergoing elective Cesarean section
Exclusion
- Patients with history of any pelvic or abdominal surgery those having any medical disorder with pregnancy patients with BMI ≥ 40 chronic analgesia use multiple pregnancies
