Inclusion
- resectable NSCLC
- Age 18 and above
- no other malignancy last 5 years
- informed consent
Exclusion
- multiple tumor foci
- preoperative chemo- or radiotherapy
- non-NSCLC histology
- no tissue available for study
- metastasis
