- elective implantation of LAVD (Heartmate II),
- written informed consent to the study
- Patients with health insurance
Exclusion
- treatment or procedure that could affect platelet functions or turn-over(low-dose aspirin is allowed).
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Juridical Protection
