Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Currently in menopausal transition
- Subjective cognitive complaints
- Presence of vasomotor menopausal symptoms (i.e., hot flashes)
Exclusion
- Individuals with acute and severe depression
- Suicidal ideation
- Severe PTSD
- Psychosis
- Severe alcohol/substance use issues
