- Single level fracture
- Fracture T11-L5
- Posterior Stabilization Indication
Exclusion
- Fracture in more than 1 level
- Osteoporotic fracture
- Pathological fracture
- Previous history of surgery
- Deformity
- Mental disease
- TCE
- Posterior vertebral canal open decompression
