Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA class II or III
- Mild to moderate obstructive or restrictive lung disease
- Open nephrectomy candidate patients
Exclusion
- Any condition contra-indicating regional anesthesia
- Allergic to any of the drugs used during the procedure
