Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- completely healthy (no systemic disorders and diseases)
Exclusion
- consuming two or more alcohol units for three or more times a week
- patients with oral lesions
- history of malignancy
- patients with removable and fixed prosthodontics, orthodontic appliances.
