Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Aged 18 years or older with capacity to consent
- Clinical indications for planned CPET testing before planned major elective surgery
Exclusion
- Atrial fibrillation
- Nickel allergy
- Unable to wear a watch
- Unable to conduct CPET
- Pregnancy
