Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Aged 18 years or older with capacity to consent
  • Clinical indications for planned CPET testing before planned major elective surgery

Exclusion

  • Atrial fibrillation
  • Nickel allergy
  • Unable to wear a watch
  • Unable to conduct CPET
  • Pregnancy
