Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients with bladder cancer coming to the open radical cystectomy.
Exclusion
- age under 18y or over 85y,
- diabetes type 1 with complications,
- no co-operation or inadequate finnish language,
- persistent pain for other reason.
