Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- over 65 years, patients who undergoing elective laparoscopoic colorectal surgery for cancer under general anesthesia. ASA pysical status I or II
Exclusion
- uncontrolled cardiovascular disease, obstructive pulmonary disorder, acute or chronic inflammatory lesion in lung.
