Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 75 years or older.
- 3 or 4 parts fracture (Neer's Classification).
Exclusion
- Comorbilities affecting to functional recovery.
- Fractures associating shoulder dislocation.
- Open fractures including neurovascular damage.
- Polytraumatized patients
