Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • non-smoking
  • eating breakfast regularly
  • not allergic to any food
  • no eating disorders
  • weight stable over the past 3 months

Exclusion

  • have dental problem
  • taking any medications or dietary supplements that may confound any study indicators
