Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- non-smoking
- eating breakfast regularly
- not allergic to any food
- no eating disorders
- weight stable over the past 3 months
Exclusion
- have dental problem
- taking any medications or dietary supplements that may confound any study indicators
