Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Elective surgery for lung cancer
- Age \> 18
- ASA 2-3
Exclusion
- BMI \> 35
- Contraindications for epidural catheter positioning
- History of neurodegenerative pathology
- Previous thoracic surgery
- Need for mechanical ventilation after surgery
