Inclusion
- Adult admissions to Hospital Selayang from
- 1st July 2001 to 30th June 2002
- 1st July 2006 to 30th June 2007
- 1st July 2011 to 30th June 2012
- 1st July 2016 to 30th June 2017
Exclusion
- End Stage Renal Failure and on Renal Replacement Therapy (Hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis or Renal Transplant)
