Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All adult (\>18) patients undergoing major aortic or aortic valve surgery
Exclusion
- Pre-existing cause for neuromuscular weakness or severe wasting (such as previous stroke, neuromuscular disease or malignancy)
