Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \_ All Type II odontoid fractures in adults .
Exclusion
- Associated fracture body of C2 .
- Reverse type of odontoid fracture pattern.
- Pathological fractures or osteoporotic bone.
- Non-union.
- Short ,kyphotic neck and obese people.
