Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patient admitted to Meir hospital with acute coronary syndrome
- Age: 80 years old and older
- eligible for signing an informed concent
Exclusion
- uncontrolled heart failure ( pulmonary edema or the use of iv diuretics)
- cardiogenic shock
- fever st elevation myocardial infarction
