Inclusion
- Age \>=18 years
- Diagnosis of cirrhosis
- Admission to hospital
Exclusion
- Age \< 18 years
- Prior enrollment in study (i.e. readmission)
- Prisoner
- Pregnancy
- Prednisone or Hydrocortisone use in last 24 hours
