Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patient aged 18 years or above undergo abdominal colorectal operation
Exclusion
- Patients with cognitive impairment
- Patient with known allergic reactions to silver, hydrofibre or hydrocolloid
- Patient with non-closed wound immediate after operation
