Inclusion
- Adults with Lower Back Pain receiving treatment at Los Angeles Department of Health Services Facility (LAC-DHS)
- Adults whose physicians order Imaging Studies (CT SCANs and MRIs)
Exclusion
- Non-LAC-DHS patients
- Patient without Lower Back Pain
