- Inclusion :
- Patients \>18 years olds
- Clinical diagnosis of heart failure
- NYHA class II-IV heart failure
- Exclusion :
- Patients \<18 years old
- Failure to obtain informed consent
- Pregnant or lactating
- Previous cardiac transplantation
