Inclusion
- Patients who underwent a therapeutic bronchoscopy (Bronchoalveolar lavage, protected bronchial brushing, suction, difficult intubation)
- Patient followed or treated at the Limoges University Hospital
Exclusion
- Patient \< 18 years
- Diagnostic bronchoscopy
- Interventional bronchoscopy
