Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Hemodynamic instability with hypotension,
- Low cardiac output or norepinephrine requirements in the first 6 post-operative hours.
Exclusion
- TEE (Trans oesophageal echocardiography) contra-indication
- Trendelenburg contra-indication
